This incredibly Gorgeous DATED (CROSS side 2 O'Clock bottom of each numeral) 8 Escudos has a perfectly centered FULL Bold CROSS and Shield. The Mint "F-S" There's partial legends (DEI.G. REX= Dei Gratia = by the Grace of God ~ King). Virtually no doubling as well. The planchet is very large and it's Full Weight (26.45), with Ornate Tressure. (HISPANIRUM REX = King of SPAIN). This piece would make an incredible Shipwreck Pendant! It's incredibly Rare to see a Colombia 8E (this is the first one we've had, ever!). 1
