Crinoid Wall Display
Pirate Gold Coins Treasures of the Jurassic is pleased to offer online this Crinoid approximately 165 million years old (47x27.5)! This may look like a flower but it actually is a predator! Crinoids are marine animals that make up the class Crinoidea. Also known as a sea lily, from Holzmaden Shale in Germany, supposedly having the most well preserved fossils ever documented. Recently, marine fossils have been rising in popularity as showcase peices in homes and high end botiques, particually by art enthusiasts, and architects. High quality specimens, in general, do very well in auction and are considered "investment" fossils. Any offers are greatly appreciated no offense will be taken!
