From the famed Estate of "Bob Weller - Frogfoot Weller " with personal notation from Margaret Weller stated this particular coin was acquired by her husband "Bob," from the famous 2003 Tampa FL U.S. Dept. of Treasury Auction (20 years ago).
This piece is certainly special and Rare (with Only 2 known showing by NGC Grading). This piece has ALL 4 Digits "1713" and is certified in Mint State NGC 62! Also, displaying REX (KING) preceding date, with Full cross, partial treassure and two full ringlets. Just an incredible opportunity!
