The extremely Rare HAND SIGNED 1976 Fisher Photo COA, Coin #3263 Conservation Facility (Cape Coral Bank) , from the STATE of FL Collection! Original Signatures from the founders: Mel Fisher, Dolores Fisher, Duncan Matthewson and Eugene Lyons, PhD (the man responsible for finding the Atocha, through years of research in Archives of the Indies in Spain).
NGC certified Bolivia 4 Reales (the most sought after denomination) struck from Bolivia. This piece appears to have been struck with an 8 Reales die on the Obverse. Strong weight of 11.44g. Excellent strike showing the Shield, partial Crown, Full Cross and even Lions and Castles.
