SPAIN 4 ESCUDOS 1556-98 RAW GOLD DOUBLOON SHIPWRECK TREASURE COIN We call this the "Brute" style of Treasure coin because it just has the essence of a "Pirate Coin" with an exceptionally strong strike on the right side of the shield with amazing toning that really makes this specific coin especially desirable, adding to the "Pirate Era" look. This Gorgeous 4 Escudos Doubloon (full weight 13.5gm / 28mm) just arrived, haven’t even had a chance to submit in for grading yet. It’s so gorgeous just had to list it first! What is SO amazing about this piece is the FULL CROWN & FULL SHIELD on the Obverse ~ Very RARELY SEEN! Also, on the Revere it displays a FULL CROSS!!! This piece is so so nice, but it would really look incredible in one our 18kt Gold Bezels as well, hard to decide (put in plastic or in a Gold Bezel and enjoy it everyday, YOU decide!).
