Colombia 2 Escudos from the Jupiter Shipwreck 1659 Gold Ring!
JUPITER SHIPWRECK 1659 2 ESCUDOS 14KT GOLD RING PIRATE GOLD COINS TREASURE This unique masculine Men’s 14kt Gold ring (22kt coin) features a 2 Escudos Gold coin from the Jupiter Shipwreck (Galleon ~ San Miquel). Total weight is 31.09 (coin is approx. 6.6gm) and was minted in Bogota Colombia (New World). This shipwreck piece of History is fully pedigreed by the Salvor himself (see pic of included COA). The Cross is Extremely well centered and was struck extra large (the Cross almost appears to be from the dies of a 4 escudos). The Hammered or brushed looking ring mount is very nicely done. The ring size is an 11 but can be easily changed to whatever size you prefer. The Jupiter Shipwreck (San Miquel) went down in 1659 and Gold Coins are VERY Rare from this wreck site. We believe there ONLY 20 Gold pieces (certified) from this Wreck site, as they have only located the bow (due to the way the boat laid under the sand), which mainly only contained Silver pieces. The Galleon sits in less than 20’ of water, but it’s probably another 30-40 ft. of sand on top of her.
