This 8 REALES COB shows the MINT (POTOSI) & ASSAYER "E"!  This piece has very excellent Toning!    The nearly Perfectly Centered Cross is  Boldly struck, as well is are the Lions and Castles, atypically seen.  A Majority of the Pillars and waves are clearly visible, as is the Assayer again "E," as well as the denonimantion (and even must of the PLUS ULTRA)12
